We ship to all locations within the contiguous US (48 states).
Typically, orders are shipped within 2-4 days, though we strive to process them
more quickly. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will ship that following Monday.

Please note that we do not fulfill orders on national holidays. Our plants are shipped from Raleigh, North Carolina, so delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather conditions, shipments may be delayed to ensure the safety of your plant.

Shipping costs start at $6 and vary based on distance and order size. Orders over $95 qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a package
has been dispatched.

We don’t accept returns on plant orders—after all, who would want to return a leafy friend? However, if your plant or planter shows up damaged, shoot us an email with some pics of the damage at support@greenrabbitplants.com, and we’ll get things sorted faster than a cactus can grow a new spine. Just a heads-up: returns aren’t accepted for accessories, supplies, or other merchandise.
